WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

  • Wireless subscribers under an existing contract with another carrier.

Customers who require a deposit are not eligible for this program.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How long do I have to send in the last bill from my previous wireless carrier?
A: It must be received within 90 days of activation with Immix Wireless.


Q: Will you credit the taxes associated with this fee?
A:: No, only the Early Termination Fee will be credited.


Q: Why do you need my bill from my previous carrier?
A: To verify your account information and the amount of the Early Termination Fee that was paid in full. The amount you paid for your Early Termination Fee will reflect the amount you receive in Immix Wireless Gift Cards.


Q:: How much will I receive?
A: This will vary depending on the carrier and the amount of their Early Termination Fee. The maximum amount you will receive is $200.00 per subscription, up to 5 lines.


Q: Do you disconnect my service for me?
A: If you keep your same number, yes we handle the disconnection for you.  If you do not keep your number, you are responsible for disconnecting service with your previous carrier.


Q: How do I pay my last bill from my previous carrier?
A: Pay your last bill with your previous carrier as you normally would.

TERMS:

Customer is responsible to pay their final bill, including Early Termination Fee with their previous wireless provider as they normally would. 

 

If you are keeping your number, do not disconnect the phone number from your previous wireless carrier as this will happen automatically during the porting process led by Immix Wireless.  To port your number, visit an Immix Wireless retail location or contact Customer Care at 888-249-8030.  Be sure to have the most recent copy of your bill, showing the account number from your previous wireless carrier.  An Immix Wireless representative will process the request.

     

    If you are getting a new number, it is your responsibility to disconnect the service with your previous wireless carrier. 

     

Customer must mail or deliver a copy of their last bill from their previous wireless provider showing that the Early Termination Fee was billed and paid in full. This must be done within 90 days from the start of service with Immix Wireless. Any Early Termination Fees paid to your previous wireless provider after 90 days of service with Immix Wireless will not be eligible.

 

Payment for Early Termination Fee(s) will be given in the form of Immix Wireless Gift Cards and will cover the amount of the previous provider’s Early Termination Fee(s) up to but not to exceed $200.00 per line of service; maximum of 5 lines. Credit on Taxes is not included.

 

Your account must be current with no past-due balance before Immix Wireless Gift Cards will be presented to you.

 

Your Immix Wireless Gift Cards will be mailed to you or presented to you at a retail location as soon as we receive the copy of your last bill showing that the Early Termination Fee was paid in full.

 

Immix Wireless Gift Cards may be used towards the purchase of merchandise or payment on your account.
