Your unlimited minutes are for calls placed and received in the Immix Wireless Local Calling Area. Your nationwide minutes are for calls placed when you are physically outside the Immix Wireless Local Calling Area, or while you are in the Nationwide Calling Area. You will be charged $1.50 for every call placed to 411 (directory assistance). Immix Wireless reserves the right to terminate your service if less than 50% of your usage over three consecutive billing cycles is on Immix Wireless-owned systems. You must have a mailing address and live in the immediate geographic area in which subscriptions are made. Credit approval and standard agreement required. You agree not to resell the service. You also agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or abusive manner or purpose which may create risk to us or to the public, including, without limitation, (1) the continuous use of service so as to create the practical equivalent of a telephone or data line dedicated to your exclusive use, or (2) any other use of the service in a manner which unreasonably affects the availability of service to other customers. You must use any fraud detection or prevention features as we require with your unit and/or service. If you do not subscribe to an text messaging package you will be charged $0.20/message.
