You also agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or abusive manner or purpose which may create risk to us or to the public, including, without limitation, (1) the continuous use of service so as to create the practical equivalent of a telephone or data line dedicated to your exclusive use, or (2) any other use of the service in a manner which unreasonably affects the availability of service to other customers. You must use any fraud detection or prevention features as we require with your unit and/or service. If you do not subscribe to an test messaging package you will be charged $0.20/message.
