i-Pay In Advance is a pay-as-you-go prepaid wireless phone service that requires no long-term agreements, no credit is required, no activation fees, and no monthly bills.

 

WHERE CAN I USE MY I-PAY PHONE?

Yes, with i-Pay you have unlimited usage in the United States, including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

 

CAN I DOWNLOAD RINGTONES?

At this time you cannot download content directly from Immix Wireless.

 

CAN I TRANSFER MY CURRENT PHONE NUMBER
TO AN IMMIX WIRELESS I-PAY ACCOUNT?

Yes, you may transfer your telephone number from another company to Immix Wireless. To port in your existing telephone number to Immix Wireless, the number you are porting must be active with your current service provider.

 

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO ADD FUNDS TO MY ACCOUNT?

You will need to make a payment on your account every 30 days in order to keep your i-Pay in Advance phone active. You can also enroll in Auto-Refill, which will automatically refill your Service Plan when you reach your Service End Date.

 

 

HOW DO I KEEP MY PHONE SERVICE ACTIVE?

IMMIX WIRELESS OFFERS SEVERAL FLEXIBLE ACCOUNT REFILL OPTIONS:

1 Auto-Refill (Most Convenient) Select Auto-Refill for monthly automatic deductions. Update and manage your information from your Account.

2 Make a Payment every 30 days at www.immix.com.

3 Make a Payment at any Immix Wireless retail location.

4 Make a Payment by calling 611 from your Immix Wireless phone.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REFILL MY i-PAY IN ADVANCE ACCOUNT?

Every refill will ensure you have Unlimited usage for a 30 days period.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT BEFORE MY SERVICE END DATE?

If you do not make a payment by your Service End Date your phone number will be saved for you for 30 days. If you do not make a payment your phone number will be re-used and you will need to sign up for new service.

I MADE A PAYMENT BUT I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I GET A REFUND?

All payments made to your i-Pay in Advance account are non-refundable.
